Toowoomba Regional Council (TRC) - Sports Complex

Details: The $200m Toowoomba Region Sports Precinct (TRSP) will be located on a site in Charlton. The facility will meet the growing demand for sport and recreation facilities in the region. The project will provide a mix of high-quality fields and amenities for a variety of outdoor sporting activities and a district-level recreation park.

NZ Ultra Fast Broadband Network (NZUFBN)  

Client: Visionstream 

Location: New Zealand

Details: New Zealand’s Ultra-Fast Broadband program is an eight-year project that covers all parts of New Zealand, of which Visionstream is undertaking network operations and maintenance work for various regions in Auckland and Northland. The project includes design, construction and maintenance of both new and existing copper and fibre optic access networks. 

Ripley Valley Urban Core

Details: Feasibility cost estimate and future cost planning for Sekisui's ongoing development of the Ripley Town Centre. 

Moorebank Logistics Park

Client: Georgiou

Details: Moorebank Logistics Park (MLP) is a new 243 hectare prime logistics and intermodal precinct. The site is being developed to provide 850,000 square metres of warehouse space. Mersa assisted Georgiou with the delivery of site infrastructure works which broadly consisted of major earthworks, roadworks, and services reticulation works across the site.

Herston Quarter

Client: Australian Unity

Location: Brisbane, Queensland

Details: Australian Unity is currently delivering the $1.3 billion dollar mixed use development located on the same site as the Royal Brisbane and Womens’s Hospital (RBWH). The overall development will see the site transformed into a market leading mixed use development. The project consists of health precincts, retail, residential, child care, aged care, new carparking, and the associated infrastructure required to support this major redevelopment. Mersa has provided ongoing cost related services to Australian Unity from the outset of this project.

Brisbane Container Terminal Expansion (BCTE)

Client: Qube Ports

Location: Port of Brisbane, Queensland

Services: Cost estimating

Details: Qube Ports engaged with Mersa to provide cost estimating services in order to review the feasibility of a planned expansion of Qube’s existing Port of Brisbane operations. The scope of this commission was centred upon an extension of Qube’s existing container handling and storage capacity. Mersa provided detailed cost estimates for the additional hardstand and associated upgraded and improvements to the supporting infrastructure.
