Mersa Pty Ltd is an independent construction cost consultancy operating across Australasia. We are quantity surveyors and construction specialists focusing on helping clients successfully develop, build and maintain natural and built property assets.
Our objectives are to provide our clients with exceptional service, reliability and value for money in a professional and ethically responsible manner while satisfying our clients' requirements, industry regulators and employees.
To achieve these objectives and satisfy the expectations of clients, Mersa is committed to implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2015.
The senior management team at Mersa are committed to demonstrating leadership with respect to the quality management system and taking accountability for the effectiveness of the system. They will ensure the integration of the quality management system into the organisations business processes and promote the use of a process approach and risk-based thinking. The senior management team will also support other relevant management roles to demonstrate their leadership as it applies to their area of responsibility.
Mersa is committed to continual improvement involving ongoing monitoring, review and training. Formal and measurable quality objectives are established and reviewed on an ongoing basis. All employees shall be encouraged and empowered to participate in quality improvement activities through teamwork and consultation.
The successful operation of the quality management system relies upon the co-operation and involvement of personnel at all levels. The Mersa management team is fully committed to the Quality Policy through provision of resources, active participation in quality improvement activities and leadership by example. All employees shall have individual responsibility for understanding and applying this Quality Policy in the performance of their tasks.
